As an ascent employee, you would be acquainted with our referral policy. Employees are eligible for a minimum incentive of $600 for every referred candidate who is employed by ascent. The incentive of $600 is given to the referee in 2 installments: $300 three months after the referred employee joins the company, and the remaining $300 after the referred employee completes 6 months. Employees may also refer projects and position openings. The same incentives apply for such referrals too.
